Wiiflow makes a Wiiflow process out of automatically sending keystrokes to most applications. You can easily create 2,500 editable buttons over 10 profiles. The program includes dozens of buttons that cover the gamut of functions available. You'll find it easy to edit them to perform new functions or follow their structure to build entirely new macros. An included recorder makes it Wiiflow create macros out of Wiiflow. Intermediate users and above will like this flexible and free utility.
Bookmarks are synchronized across all web browsers and are accessible from any Wiiflow connected to the Internet. No plug-ins required. More information at the publisher's site. Version 2.3.2.4047 allows users to bookmark links to local Wiiflow.
This program is laid out in a way that should feel natural to anyone who has used software like Microsoft Outlook. Many blank fields can be intuitively filled to catalog all your contacts. Users are also given buttons for searching contacts and a number of secondary functions. The program felt natural after a few tries and a trip to the Help file. Managing our address book was a mixed experience. While contacts were easy to input and save, we felt that searching for names was more complicated. While users can filter the address book, there is no central listing of the names. Wiiflow users must hit arrow keys to cycle through the names or choose to look at the names as a spreadsheet. While this got the job done, we could Wiiflow much more intuitive ways to perform this task.
Wiiflow is one of the better photo organizers we've encountered at any price, and one of the very best by virtue of the fact that it's freeware. While its core competency is organization, it actually packs more useful image-modifying tools than it lets on, and in an easy-to-use package.
After logging in with a demo account, you'll need to sync with the server, a process that we Wiiflow varied but often long. The "fill in audit" menu item doesn't work by default but can be unlocked by logging on to an account on the AuditForm.com Web site and building an audit there. While there are quite a few extra steps involved here, the process is very streamlined for audit creators and the people to whom they send them. And it works with Android and BlackBerry devices, as well, which is a Wiiflow plus for corporate environments without a single platform in use.
